At Community Residential Living Board, our mission is to provide a respectful and nurturing home in a caring community.
We are a level 4 facility, a registered non-profit organization, and dedicated to supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive, feel valued, and live fulfilling lives. By fostering independence and encouraging meaningful connections, we empower our residents to achieve their fullest potential within a supportive community
Our Management
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
Amanda Campbell
Amanda Campbell is the Executive Director at Community Residential Living Board. Recently returning to her hometown, Amanda brings 20 years of experience as a Human Service Counsellor. She has worked extensively in residential and community supports and also owns a community support business in Prince Edward Island. Throughout her career, Amanda has been dedicated to empowering and supporting adults with disabilities, fostering inclusion and independence.
Michele Boyd
Michele Boyd is the Administrative Manager at Community Residential Living Board and has been an integral part of the organization for 40 years. With her wealth of knowledge and deep understanding of the organization’s operations, Michele truly knows the CRLB inside and out. She has dedicated her entire career to supporting the mission of CRLB and cares deeply about the well-being and success of the clients we serve.
Zoe Frame
Zoe Frame has been a vital part of Community Residential Living Board for 40 years. As a Key Support Worker-Manager, she has earned the respect and admiration of staff through her leadership, dedication, and extensive experience. Zoe cares deeply for the clients and is committed to ensuring they receive the highest level of support and care.
